Exam week…

It is a night before your exams, and you are doing last minute revision on whatever subject you have the next day, and you are stressing out and very nervous – your heart is pounding erratically and all you can think about is GCSE…

Do not do this. By going over through your notes in a nervous mindset is not going to benefit you. It is better to revise when you are calm than you are nervous because you are going to stress yourself out more. Therefore, before doing any revision, make sure you are calm, relaxed and focused. How can you do that? Meditation.

I know most people are going to laugh and think that this idea is useless, but from personal experience, meditation and yoga has helped me a lot, especially before exams and important days. Therefore, I sincerely recommend meditation.
